About The Imagi🌈Nation

The Imagi🌈Nation is a colourful, screen-free, pop-up role play experience designed for toddlers, preschoolers and early age primary explorers - plus their tiniest tagalongs.

We create immersive, themed play spaces like a supermarket, café, animal hospital, salon and more - all designed to spark creativity, confidence and community spirit.

Are you building a permanent play centre?

Not quite! The Imagi🌈Nation is a pop-up experience — we transform community spaces, vacant shops and hotel venues into a magical mini play village. We’d love a permanent space one day, but for now we’re popping up across Sligo and surrounds!

Do I have to stay the whole time or is it supervised?

Yes - The Imagi🌈Nation is grown-up supervised, so you stay and play too. It’s a lovely chance to join in… or sit back while they take the lead and entertain themselves!

What age group is it best suited for?

The Imagi🌈Nation is designed for children aged 18 months to 7 years, though older siblings and younger babies are welcome too!

Will there be dress-up clothes?

Of course! From aprons to uniforms to hard hats — we’ll include a mix of props and dress-up to bring each station to life!

Is it messy? Should my child wear old clothes?

Not at all! There’s no slime, water or paint — just imaginative role / pretend play. Everyday clothes are perfect.

How long is each session?

To start, sessions will run for 60 minutes - long enough to explore, play and get comfy in the space. We may extend to 75–90 minutes later on depending on how little ones (and grown-ups!) are finding the rhythm.

Is there a price guide available?

Soft Launch pricing at the moment is €12.50 per child which includes one free adult. Siblings are a 50% reduction at €6.25 and additional adults are €5. We’re aiming to keep prices fair, family-friendly, and in line with similar play sessions for under-7s. Babies or crawlers joining older siblings can come along for free.

Do you offer sibling discounts?

Yes - sibling tickets are reduced by 50% to €6.25 when booked into the same session.

Where is this going to be?

We’re currently hosting sessions at the Clayton Hotel in Sligo. We're starting small to test everything out.
